Canadian Restaurant and Foodservice Association Show
March 3-5th   |   Toronto, Ontario

New products, new services and new ideas will be showcased in Toronto at the CRFA annual Trade Show.  Let Chef Pam host you during your visit to this great city and feel at ease meeting other professionals as we explore some of the best neighborhoods, sights and restaurants in Canada!

On Saturday, March 2nd, Chef Pam will welcome you and host an afternoon tour beginning at the famous St. Lawrence Market.  We will then visit the Distillery Historical District.  The Distillery District is an internationally acclaimed village of brick-lined streets and dozens of vibrantly restored Victorian Industrial buildings. It’s one of Ontario’s hottest tourist attractions and home to live theatres, galleries, fashion, design and jewelry boutiques, unique cafes and award-winning restaurants.   While in this charming district, we will have a private tour of the Mill Street Brewery and then you will have some time to explore the District galleries and shops on your own until dinner.  We will reconvene to dine at one of Toronto’s finest steak houses, The Broiler House and for those who want to enjoy the nightlife at the Distillery District, the Stirling Room lounge will be a perfect late night spot for cocktails and terrific music.

On Sunday, March 3rd, before heading off to the first day of the show, we will meet for breakfast at Marche Restaurant.  This is a unique brunch restaurant where your food is made in front of you at different stations that provide you with an infinite variety of fresh ingredients.   You will be free to spend the day at the show before meeting up again for dinner at Chef Lynn Crawford’s Ruby Watchco Restaurant.

On Monday, March 4th you will be free to attend the show and take in the wide variety of food, wine and cooking demonstrations.  Later that evening, Chef Pam will meet you at the Celebrate! Industry Night Out at the Artifacts Room, Liberty Grand hosted by the CRFA and you will be on your own for dinner afterwards.

Cost: $375.00/pp + cost of meals   This fee includes all transportation, private historical and culinary focused tours of Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market, Distillery District, Mill Street Brewery  & tastings, and all admission fees.

* Tour must have minimum of 6 people and will be limited to 12 people.

National Restaurant Association Trade Show
May 17-21st   |   Chicago, Illinois
TRADE PROFESSIONALS ONLY – 20 person maximum

Join Chef Pam in the ‘windy city’ of Chicago during the National Restaurant Association Conference where 50,000 Owners, Suppliers and top industry personnel come together to share ideas and network.

Before the conference begins, we will take a day to explore this amazing city together and get to know one another.  Our first day will begin with a morning welcome reception at the Avenue Crown Plaza Hotel.  We will then head out for a 90 minute Architectural Cruise that will highlight the history of the Chicago skyline and showcase the amazing buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.  We will have lunch together and then the afternoon will allow you the choice of touring the Shedd Aquarium, taking a stroll through Millennium Park, or shopping on the Magnificent Mile.  At 5pm we will have afternoon cocktails at the Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower) before dining at one of Chicago’s landmark Michigan Avenue restaurants, Café Spiaggia.

From May 18th-21st, you will be free to explore the workshops, events and the Trade Floor of the Convention during the day.  You will have the option of meet for breakfast each day at some of the most unique restaurants in the city.  Dinners will be arranged each night after the trade show and will include such restaurants as Rick Bayless’s Frontera Grill and April Bloomfield’s  A Girl and Her Pig .

*Registration for the trade show and hotel lodging during this event is open to trade industry personnel only and must be processed online by each guest themselves  Passes will be mailed directly to you.  Registration is filling quickly and hotels are at a premium so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.  Due to the nature of this event, guests will arrange their own transportation and accommodation, however, Chef Pam will be happy to assist you if needed so feel free to contact me directly to discuss tour details further.

COST: $350.00 /pp  plus cost of meals  Includes Architectural Cruise, welcome reception,  narrated historical tour of the Magnificient Mile and Willis Tower, admission to Willis Tower and behind the scenes tours as arranged with individual restaurants we will attend.
