We are fully licensed and can also offer full bar service. A 15% industry standard gratuity plus HST is additional to the prices you see here for any full service catering. Otherwise, these prices are
reflective of platters that can be picked up at our shop for your convenience.
Delivery available beginning at $25, dependent on distance travelled.

Fresh Peruvian Ceviche
Those who've had it will tell you it was worth Chef Pam traveling to Peru to learn the art of cooking fresh seafood with citrus and pairing the freshest you have at hand with just the right fresh herbs! Citrus mix is added when you pick up your dish at our store so that optimal flavours are achieved for you to serve this within 4 to 6 hours.

Jumbo Coconut Shrimp
Our best seller for those who love to indulge in our extra large coconut battered shrimp served with our house made pineapple mango sauce.  $18/dozen

Crab Cakes with Chipotle Aioli
These delicious Atlantic claw crab meat cakes will delight seafood lovers.  They are infused with kaffir lime leaves, sambal, ginger, shallots, garlic and lemongrass then finished with Japanese bread crumbs, fried and ready for you to simply bake to warm.  Perfect topped with our Chipotle Aioli. $18/dozen

East Coast Lobster Rolls
Chosen as the best Lobster Rolls at the 2014 PEI Souris Village Feast amongst Chef Michael Smith's team of Chefs (of which Chef Pam was one of the gang) she did herself proud amongst her East Coast peers and decided they had to go on our menu! You'll want to ensure your guests have more than one available to them (they are 3" cocktail size) to prevent any riots!*subject to market price ranging from $30/dozen-$38/dozen

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail Shooters
Enjoy a marinated chilled jumbo shrimp served with homemade cocktail sauce served in funky little sherry glasses. $18/dozen
