Chef Pam, servers, bartenders and rentals are available for your function at an additional service fee.
We are fully licensed and can also offer full bar service. A 15% industry standard gratuity plus HST is additional to the prices you see here for any full service catering. Otherwise, these prices are
reflective of platters that can be picked up at our shop for your convenience.
Delivery available beginning at $25, dependent on distance travelled.

Mighty Caesar Salad
Only for Caesar salad connoisseurs!  After years of seeking out the best Caesar salad recipe, we have the best dressed tender romaine lettuce tossed with real bacon bits, foccachia croutons, and loads of Italian Parmesan Regianno

Spinach & Arugula Salad with Roasted Beets, Chevre and Pecans (fall & winter)

Our best selling salad for catering and in our restaurants, we are proud to feature Everdale Farms locally grown organic beets which are roasted to perfection to dress fresh baby spinach and peppery baby arugula.  

Topped with local Woolwich crumbled goat cheese, toasted pecans and our house made Brown Derby Dressing (*thanks to one of Chef Pam's mentors Chef Lynn Crawford for this one!)

Tropical Sweet Potato Salad
Our best seller for family gatherings and corporate meetings alike, our tropical sweet potato salad is perfectly balanced with crisp celery & red bell peppers, the sweetness of fresh pineapple and the crunch of green onions with toasted pecans.  Our house made dijon mayo makes this salad perfect for any occassion!

Premium Italian Salad Classico
This classic traditional Italian salad is made with imported Genoa Salami, red, yellow & green peppers, red onions, olives, parsley and homemade Italian dressing with fresh oregano and basil herbs.  Served over a bed of mixed greens.

Asian Slaw
Finely shredded Napa Cabbage, snow peas, daikon, red pepper, cucumber, green onions and cilantro are tossed in a unique and well balanced house made Asian Dressing.
