PRIVATE BOOKING FOR PARTIES & SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

Looking for a unique and inviting atmosphere to host your next private party, book club or corporate event? Be our guest at the Chef’s Table in our Culinary Studio where you and your guests can enjoy a private evening enjoying terrific food in our fully licensed dining room.

There are no rental fees for the room when you select from our prix fix menu options, have a specific minimum number of guests and select your preferred day & time for your event. Additional options are available but the following are our general private event fees:

MENU 1 $20 per person + HST
(Mon-Wed 6-8pm or $25/pp on Thurs-Sundays or Mon- Wed 8-10 pm)
Minimum 10 people *served family style

2 appetizers or salads

Panini platter featuring Ham & Harvarti and Turkey & Brie with Spirited Cranberry Sauce

Sampler platter of dessert bites including gluten free Nanaimo bars, rockslide brownie bites

*beverages and Special Events Bar Menu are additional and can be prepaid by the host or paid by your guests the evening of your event

MENU 2 $25 per person + HST
(Mon-Wed 6-8pm or $30/pp Thurs-Sundays or Mon- Wed 8-10pm)

3 appetizers and/or salads

Your Choice of one Entrée including Morrocan Chicken, Authentic Butter Chicken, Chili or Panini platter featuring Ham & Harvarti and Turkey & Brie with Spirited Cranberry Sauce. Entrees served with your choice of hand cut French Fries, Garden or Mighty Caesar Salad

Sampler platter of dessert bites including gluten free Nanaimo bars, rockslide brownie bites, Snickers Pie, Flourless Chocolate Cake

*beverages and Special Events Bar Menu are additional and can be prepaid by the host or paid by your guests the evening of your event

MENU 3 $30 per person + HST
(Mon-Wed 6-8pm or $35/pp Thurs-Sundays or Mon- Wed 8-10pm)

Wine Selection: Cono Sur Voigner (house white) & Trapiche Cabernet Sauvignon

*1 bottle per 5 guests. Additional may be purchased or upgraded wines are available along with a full bar menu

Guests may individually choose their preferred Entrée including Morrocan Chicken, Authentic Butter Chicken with Naan Bread, Hearty Beef Chili with Ace Baguette, Ham & Harvarti or Turkey & Brie with Spirited Cranberry Sauce Panini. All entrees are served at the table with a family style platter of hand cut French Fries and either a Garden or Mighty Caesar Salad.

Guests may individually choose their preferred desserts including Snickers Pie, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Gluten Free Nanaimo Bars, Cranberry & Prune Oat Bars, or Lemon Tortes
