Join Chef Pam for this VIP Culinary Tour experience where you will travel to Charlottetown and Souris, Prince Edward Island to experience east coast hospitality, the finest of culinary delights and of course
the Souris Village Feast where you will
meet Chef Michael Smith.  

Chef Pam met Chef Michael in 2012 when she was one of the Top 25 fundraisers for Toronto’s Cook for the Cure event and they immediately hit it off!  Chef Pam was delighted to soon be invited to cook with Chef Michael and his team at an annual fundraiser in Souris where this local non-profit children’s charity supports local and global initiatives including the Souris Food Bank, Coats for Kids, Farmers Helping Farmers and also builds school cookhouses in Kenya, Africa. This will be Chef Pam’s third year cooking to support the cause and she’s taking a small group with her to experience the charm of PEI and this annual island event.

Chef Pam will host you in Charlottetown on the first and last evening of this tour, drive you along the shore line to Souris to settle into your Ocean view home and will see you at the Village Feast event before returning with you to spend another day touring Cow’s Creamery and Matos Winery in Charlottetown before we return home on Tuesday July 7th. As a small group, you will share a lovely home together near Souris while Chef Pam is cooking with the Feast team on Saturday and Sunday. You can volunteer to help with the event or have time to venture around the area on your own or with your new found friends before enjoying the Village Feast events yourself on Sunday.    

Your tour includes:

  • 2 nights stay* at the 4.5 Star Charlottetown Resort in the downtown core
    Thursday, July 2nd & Monday, July 6th
  • 3 nights stay in an Ocean View Home on Colville Bay near Souris, PEI with fully equipped shared kitchen
    *choice of Queen Master room with ensuite, Queen room, Double room or single/double pull outs in lower level
  • Airport transfers and transportation from Charlottetown to Souris PEI & return
  • Welcome reception & orientation hosted by Chef Pam on Thursday evening
  • Walking tour of downtown Charlottetown
  • Ticket to attend the Souris Village Feast on Sunday, July 5th including dinner and opportunity to meet Chef Michael Smith. Those who volunteer to help with the event (optional) on Saturday will also be invited to an exclusive volunteer dinner Saturday evening that Chef Pam will be cooking for.  
  • Tour of Cow’s Creamery Ice Cream and Cheese Factory
  • Tasting Tour at Matos Winery with Chef Pam 

Queen Master room/ ensuite: $1650 + HST per person based on double occupancy
Queen room: $1545 + HST per person based on double occupancy
Double room: $1450  + HST per person based on double occupancy
Single/double pull outs in lower level: $1425 per person  as a shared space 

*All prices are based on double occupancy. Single travellers please contact us for options suited to your budget and travel preferences. Price variation is reflective of differing room types available in Ocean View Home 

Your tour does NOT include:
Return Airfare to Charlottetown, PEI
Meals – kitchen facilities available if you wish to cook as a group in Souris
Medical or cancelation insurance.
