Chef Pam, servers, bartenders and rentals are available for your function at an additional service fee.
We are fully licensed and can also offer full bar service. A 15% industry standard gratuity plus HST is additional to the prices you see here for any full service catering. Otherwise, these prices are
reflective of platters that can be picked up at our shop for your convenience.
Delivery available beginning at $25, dependent on distance travelled.

Regular serves 8-10  * Large serves 15-18 * Extra Large serves 20- 25.  
All of our cheese and charcuterie platters are presented with freshly baked baguettes, crostinis and a selection of artisan crackers. Gluten free options available for an additional $7 per platter.    

International Gourmet Cheese Platter
Our most popular choice for those who love cheese and want to entertain well!  The best selection of our International cheeses which may include a compliment of smoked Gouda, English & Scottish Aged Ale Cheddars, cave aged Gruyere, Oka, Saint Paulin, St. Agur or Quebec blue cheese and Havarti. Complimented with our specialty house made nuts, fresh & dried fruits and a reusable ramekin of our house made red pepper jelly.  Reg $75   Lg $120     XL  $180

Canadian Cheese Platter
A selection of favourite Artisanal Canadian cheeses, which includes PEI’s Cow’s Creamery Aged Cheddar or Apple wood Smoked Cheddar, Niagra Gold, our house made marinated goat cheese, Oka, Quebec’s Grey Owl blue cheese or Salt Spring Island’s edible floral goat cheese. Reg  $75 Lg  $120   XL $180

Country Homestead Cheese Platter
“Back to basics” country cheese platter with cubed cheddar cheese, mozzarella and  Colby or marble cheese will be accompanied by a variety of crackers or breads.  cheese served with fresh or dried fruit and an assortment of crackers. One size only $75

Custom Cheese Platters
With a large selection of the very best International cheeses, we are happy to customize your cheese platter to include your specific preferences.  We can also make recommendations for wine, beer or spirit pairings.  Starting at $50  *fresh Caviar and assorted fish roes are available

Features prosciutto di Parma, Soppressata, Parmigiano Reggiano chunks, assorted olives in reusable ramekin, sun dried tomatoes, marinated artichokes & bocconcini with pesto.  Reg $65  Lg  $95 XL  $125

Taste of Italy Charcuterie Tray
Features four Italian cured meats including prosciutto di Parma, Genoa salami, Soppressata, and Capicolla and is accompanied by assorted olives, bocconcini with pesto, and roasted red peppers.  Reg  $75 Lg  $ 130 XL  $195
