APPETIZERS & BEGINNINGS
Chef Pam, servers, bartenders and rentals are available for your function at an additional service fee.
We are fully licensed and can also offer full bar service. A 15% industry standard gratuity plus HST is additional to the prices you see here for any full service catering. Otherwise, these prices are
reflective of platters that can be picked up at our shop for your convenience.
Delivery available beginning at $25, dependent on distance travelled.

Gourmet Boursin Cheese Platter
Aged soft cheese with herbs drizzled with a glazed Balsamic reduction and served with Raincoast Crisps three flavors to choose from including walnut, cranberries, or figs.  Serves 6   $24         

Ruby Red Pomegranate, Gorgonzola Cheese, Parsley and Shallot Crostini
A beautiful burst of fresh red pomegranate marinated in an Italian olive oil shallot reduction and fresh parsley is nestled on a mild aged gorgonzola cheese and served on a toasted crostini.  $21/doz

Pistachio-dusted Date and Chevre ‘Truffles’
An appetizer that will keep your guests coming back for more!  Bite sized dates soaked in cassis (port) are surrounded by herbed organic chevre and rolled in lightly toasted and ground pistachios $24/doz

Fig, Arugula and Prosciutto Rolls
A favorite of the holiday season! Cured Italian prosciutto is wrapped around fresh fig slices together with mascarpone cheese that is then accented with peppery arugula, lemon zest and fresh seasonal herbs. $24/doz

Prosciutto Wrapped Italian Breadsticks
Indulge yourself in cured Italian Prosciutto gently wrapped around "All the Best" thin cheese bread sticks. $18/doz

Cremini Mushrooms Stuffed with Chevre and Leeks
Bite sized cremini mushrooms stuffed with fresh organic goat cheese are topped with leeks that have delicately been sautéed with butter and fresh seasonal herbs.  Serve warm to delight your guests. $18/doz

Cherry Tomato, Bocconicini and Basil Skewers
A summertime favorite from Italy…..fresh Bocconicini mozzarella cheese balls covered with our house made basil pesto and accompanied with organic cherry tomatoes will delight your taste buds! $18/doz

Grilled Pork Souvlaki Bites
Pork tenderloin marinated in extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and Italian herbs.  Served with grilled Greek pita wedges, red onions, fresh lemon wedges and our house made Tzatziki sauce. $9 per person served

Grilled Chicken Tikka Skewers
Moist grilled chicken skewers marinated in garam masala, garlic, ginger, coriander, chilis, and yogurt. 
Available in raw appetizer skewers ready for you to bbq $18/doz or $2 grilled or raw dinner skewers $3.50/each or $4 grilled for you to simply reheat at home!

Beef Terryaki Skewers
Using the most tender of beef sirloin strips, these traditional asian flavors are sure to be a party favorite for your meat loving guests!  Available in raw appetizer skewers ready for you to bbq $24/doz or $2.25 each grilled or dinner skewers $4/each or $4.50 grilled for you to simply reheat at home!

“Not Just Your Ordinary Veggie Tray”
For the veggie lovers at your party, a display of organic seasonal vegetables will be served and may include items such as tender baby carrots, mushrooms, snow peas, celery, red/orange/yellow/green sweet peppers, broccoli, sunflower sprouts, kale, zucchini, & cucumber. Served with regular or low calorie dip as requested. (approx $5.50 per person)

International Gourmet Cheese Tray
Our most popular choice for those who love cheese and want to entertain well!  The best selection of our International cheeses which may include a compliment of French Brie, smoked Gouda, English & Scottish Aged Ale Cheddars, cave aged Greyere, Oka, Saint Paulin, St. Agur or Quebec blue cheese and Havarti. Complimented with our specialty house made nuts, fresh or dried fruits and a reusable ramekin of our house made red pepper jelly.

“Away in the Tropics” Fruit Tray
To lighten the table, serve fresh and seasonal fruit with a yogurt dip.  Trays may include grapes, pineapple, melons, strawberries, mango, star fruit, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, uchuvas – based on seasonal availability (approx $6 per person winter pricing; $4.50 in summer when more fruit is seasonal)

Grilled Greek Pita & Assorted Dips Appetizer 
Choose from your choice of Gourmet Dips and Pita bread perfect for a ‘short stay’ drop in event where guests are just needing a ‘nibble or two’ but not too hungry. Dip are all made in house and selections include: Artichoke & Asiago Cheese, Turkish or Dragon’s Breath Hummus, or Bacon Blast to be paired Grilled Greek Pitas.
